• Inspire the Team: Manage and motivate a small, dedicated team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence.

• Drive Innovation: Contribute ideas for new menu items, promotions, or events (like taste tests or food truck pop-ups) to grow our customer base.

• Cook and Create: Occasionally step into the kitchen to prepare our signature dishes, from artisanal breads to specialty items like bunny chow or gourmet chutneys.

• Manage Finances: Work hard to boost profitability through smart stock management, cost control, and sales strategies, sharing in the rewards of success.
