Key Responsibilities:
Manage and train front of house staff to deliver outstanding service Maintain a welcoming and professional environment at all times Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care Coordinate with back-of-house and management teams for seamless service Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Monitor and manage reservations, waitlists, and event bookings (if applicable)What We’re Looking For:
