Description:
You will take full ownership of HVAC purchasing across multiple maintenance and installation projects, ensuring that materials are negotiated, ordered, and delivered accurately and on strict timelines.You will work closely with the Branch Manager and Group Accountant to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate, place, and track multiple HVAC orders daily
- Manage procurement across various maintenance and installation projects
- Liaise with multiple HVAC suppliers and distributors
- Ensure order accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery
- Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships
- Monitor supplier performance and pricing competitiveness
- Align procurement planning with operational and project deadlines
Minimum Requirements
- Proven, hands-on HVAC procurement experience (non-negotiable)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC components, systems, and suppliers
- Mature, calm, and composed under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within strict timelines
- Self-managed and capable of working independently
