Isilumko Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team in Hermanus. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about retail, confident in driving sales performance, and skilled in managing day-to-day store operations.
Key Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience in a retail supervisory or management role (experience in tech/electronics retail is advantageous)
Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on management style
Commercially driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Solid understanding of store operations, stock control, and team performance management
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of all functions
Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales and service targets
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue
Maintain high standards of merchandising and customer experience
Manage stock levels, shrinkage, and reporting
