KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and oversee all daily store operations Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team Drive sales performance and achieve store targets Deliver exceptional customer service and client engagement Handle cash management, POS functions, and cashing up Manage stock control, stock replenishment, and shrinkage prevention Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards Implement store promotions and marketing initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Prepare reports and provide feedback to management
