Requirements:Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse, production, or processing management Proven experience managing operations within a processing facility Relevant tertiary qualification in Operations Management or related field Strong leadership and staff supervision experience Solid understanding of inventory control and operational reporting Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality standards Good analytical and numerical ability Proficient in MS Office and general computer systems
