Minimum Requirements:Matric (Grade 12) essential Hospitality qualification advantageous 12 years experience in a hotel or lodge environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Drivers license an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in daily operations Supervise staff and ensure smooth running of all departments Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
