REQUIREMENTS
Matric, 2-3 years experience in similar role Experience creating and managing digital content for products or brands Strong visual and written communication skills Working knowledge of Creative software Comfortable working with websites Basic video editing and photography skills Experience in online retail Content-driven design Experience supporting B2C sales through digital channels Basic SEO and analytics knowledge
DUTIES
Develop content to support online sales, product launches, and enquiries Maintain and update website content (product pages, images, specifications, downloads) Ensure content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand positioning Design and manage brochures, catalogues, spec sheets, and sales collateral Assist with creation of visual content for campaigns, promotions, and new products Ensure brand consistency across all digital and printed materials Plan and coordinate product photography and basic studio shoots Capture and edit short product, explainer, and promotional videos Manage media libraries (images, videos, source files, versions) Manage content across websites, online catalogues, and digital platforms Liaise with internal teams (sales, product development, production) to gather information Coordinate with external designers, photographers, or videographers when required Maintain content timelines, updates, and version control
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
