Description:
Purpose: To drive and achieve profitable sales targets from both new and existing clients. To increase market share, provide exceptional customer service, and build relationships with current and new clients focusing on regions Nelspruit, Steelpoort/Burgersfort and Polokwane.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve agreed sales targets.
Achieve agreed profitability.
Actively look for and create opportunities within the market.
Establish, develop and maintain relationships with current and future customers.
Provide after sales service and regular entertainment of customers.
Establish and maintain healthy prospect pipeline.
Achieve agreed customer visits.
Conduct market and competitor analysis.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of enquiries, quotes and tenders.
Loading of rental orders on the ERP system.
Assist account personnel with collection of outstanding and overdue payments.
Timely and accurate completion of weekly/monthly reports.
Compliance with all reasonable instructions.
Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Control.
Compliance with Kwikspace/client SHEQ code of conduct and standards.
Compliance with all COVID protocols required.
Experience Required:
- Min 2 years relevant experience
- Successful track record in achieving targets
- Report writing and previous experience using ERP system
- Ability to read drawings
- Matric
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing or Sales
- Valid driver's license
