Minimum requirements:Matric Tertiary qualifications, certifications or diploma relating to food / health and safety in FMCG 5 Years' experience in an abattoir environment in an Operational Manager, Assistant Manager, or General Manager capacity Proven exposure to implementing, maintaining, and enhancing abattoir Health Management Systems Computer literate with MS Office and Meat Matrix software Flexible and prepared to work overtime in line with operational requirements Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
