Description:
Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, review, and manage all documentation related to import containers Generate clearing instructions Update, monitor, and track vessel schedules and container movements Maintain accurate records and tracking reports Assist with weekly cold store planning Costing Schedules and checking of transporter invoices Capture basic order and stock information Provide general administrative support to the logistics and operations team Assist other departments on an ad hoc basis when required Minimum Requirements
Matric (minimum requirement) 35 years relevant work experience in an administrative role Proven ability to follow processes accurately through to completion Computer literate (comfortable with basic systems and data capturing) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Shipping / logistics experience an advantage Personal Attributes & Competencies
Strong work ethic and self-motivated Able to work effectively in a small, professional team environment Willingness to learn and take on multiple responsibilities Time flexible and adaptable to business needs Reliable, stable, and able to perform under pressure Mature, professional, and able to manage responsibilities independently
