Key Duties & Responsibilities:Ordering and returning incorrect or damaged parts Providing feedback to clients regarding outstanding parts and additional approvals Liaising with workshop staff, suppliers and insurance companies Ensuring a professional and friendly client experience at all times General administrative support within the department Position Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric) 3 5 years experience within the automotive / panel beating industry Excellent communication skills Strong organisational and administrative ability Ability to work effectively within a team environment Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) Computer literate (experience with industry systems will be advantageous) The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, confident in dealing with clients and insurers, and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
