Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in managing all F&B operations Deliver an excellent guest dining experience Manage staff and provide coaching as needed Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations Develop and implement new strategies to increase revenue Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food delivery Stock management Local SA citizens Diploma in Hospitality Min 4yrs experience in a supervisory level within the hospitality environment
