Requirements: Qualifications:
Qualification in Operations Management or Production Management Essential Mechanical Engineering or related technical qualification Preferred Experience & Technical Requirements:Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing or mechanical production environment Experience in high-volume or repetitive production environments Proven experience in production supervision, shop floor coordination, and production control Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and continuous improvement methodologies Experience with line balancing, capacity planning, and throughput optimisation Working knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and production performance metrics Experience using ERP systems, works orders, and shop floor systems Strong understanding of Health and Safety legislation and regulatory compliance Knowledge of inventory management, WIP control, and material flow Languages:

Key Responsibilities: Production & Throughput Management
Execute daily production plans to achieve takt time, output targets, and On-Time Delivery (OTD) Supervise and coordinate operators to ensure continuous production flow Perform line balancing and optimise labour utilisation Monitor cycle times, downtime, bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Drive Right First-Time production to minimise scrap and rework Production Control & ReportingRecord and analyse production data including output, downtime, scrap, rework, labour efficiency Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Maintain accurate production and ERP records Escalate deviations and implement recovery plans Quality Assurance & Compliance
