JOB DESCRIPTION

HC Administration:
Assist with: Recruitment administration Vacancy activations Interview scheduling Conducting references Psychometric assessments and MIE checks Employee take on Employee documentation and transfer paperwork Employee induction Employee Offboarding Ensure offboarding checklist are adhered to Communicate with internal stakeholders on offboarding processes Record keeping and updating of employee electronic files HC Operations
Assist with: Employment Equity (Annual collection of EEA1 forms, collating of EE barriers as collected from EE & SD forum members) Performance ManagementAssist the HCBP and HCO with scheduling annual trainings Assist with system queries
Employee relations Coordination of employee wellness initiatives; provide update on the approved employee wellness plan BEE audits data collation HC Projects
Assist with: Arrangements of HC events Provide admin support for HC projects as per HC annual calendar

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resource Management/Human Resource Development/
Organisational Psychology.
