Cashier & Point of Sale
Process customer transactions accurately (cash, card, account sales) Ensure all accounts are in good standing before supply Balance till daily Issue invoices and receipts correctly Maintain neat and professional front counter Telephone & Customer Service Answer incoming calls professionally Take and relay clear messages Assist with basic product queries Direct calls efficiently to correct department Follow up on customer queries when required Technical & Sales Support Assist with quotations Support colour mixer and sales staff Capture orders correctly on system Ensure correct pricing and discounts applied
