A leading manufacturing company in the motor industry, is seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer to join their Quality Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
Assist with process analysis, data collection, and reporting
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
Support quality audits, inspections, and documentation
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure compliance with standards
Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency projects
Minimum Requirements
BSc in Industrial Engineering or BTech in Industrial Engineering
0–2 years of experience (graduates are welcome to apply)
Basic understanding of quality systems and manufacturing processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Excel essential)
Advantageous (Not Essential)
Exposure to manufacturing or automotive environments.
