Description
- Support the Store Manager with daily store operations and overall performance
- Lead, coach, motivate, and manage staff to achieve sales and service targets
- Drive sales, turnover, and customer engagement on the shop floor
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service and brand experience
- Manage stock control, receiving, replenishment, and shrinkage prevention
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards
- Assist with staff scheduling, performance management, and basic HR processes
- Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Use store management systems and reports to support planning and performance
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and conflict professionally and effectively
- Maintain high ethical standards in all customer and employee interactions

Education Profile

Matric (Grade 12) - essential

A tertiary qualification in Retail Management, Commerce, or a related field - advantageous

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a supervisory or management role within a retail environment

Proven experience in ladieswear or fashion retail - advantageous

Strong track record in driving sales, customer service, and store performance
