As Financial Manager, you will lead financial strategy and governance across the business, ensuring robust reporting, cost discipline, and performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all financial functions, including accounting, planning, reporting, and compliance within a fleet management context.
- Partner with operational leadership to develop budgets and forecasts that drive efficiency and cost optimisation across fleet operations.
- Provide financial insight and variance analysis to support executive decisionâ??making and strategic planning.
- Oversee cost management, pricing analysis, and profitability reporting to enhance commercial outcomes.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and boardâ??level forums.
- Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with IFRS, tax, and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems, including SAP integration and scalable reporting tools.Job Experience & Skills Required:
- BCom in Accounting/Finance; professional qualification (CA/CPA/CIMA) preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years progressive finance experience, ideally with exposure to transport, fleet, leasing, or assetâ??intensive industries.
- Strong operational understanding of cost management, fleet performance metrics, and commercial finance.
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced MS Excel/reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
