A fast-paced, high-volume FMCG operation is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) to join their team as a Financial Manager. This fully onsite role offers the opportunity to oversee the full finance function while leading a team of 810 finance professionals. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong grasp of FMCG operations and a solid background in financial strategy and reporting.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full finance function, including financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Prepare and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support operational and strategic decisions Drive risk management initiatives and ensure sound financial governance Mentor and manage a finance team of 810 individuals Ensure efficient use of SAGE Evolution for all finance operations and reporting Education & Experience Requirements:
Registered CA(SA) with completed SAICA articles 35 years post-articles experience in a Financial Manager or similar role FMCG industry experience is highly advantageous Strong experience with SAGE Evolution Demonstrated expertise in reporting, budgeting, and financial planning Effective leadership and team development skills
