Delaire Graff Estate is looking for a reliable HVAC Technician/General maintenance worker to join our team who will be responsible for installing, repairing and electrical control of refrigeration and air conditioners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment Work on freezer rooms, ice-machines and display fridges Routine services on ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment Identify maintenance risks on equipment Electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance services Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety ActREQUIREMENTS:
HVAC technical qualifications (air-conditioning technician) / HVAC certification Preferably 2 years previous experience Braising and soldering skills Experience working as a refrigeration, air conditioning, heat pumps repairs, installations, fault finding, maintenance and servicing Proficient with manual and power tools Valid driver’s license Reliable and self-motivated Excellent interpersonal- & communication skills Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments Must be well-presented Flexibility and Accountability Delaire Graff Estate is an equal opportunity employer.
