Description:
A prestigious luxury hospitality estate in Stellenbosch is seeking a dependable General Maintenance Worker to support the upkeep and smooth operation of a high-end property.
Key Duties:
· Day-to-day maintenance across the estate and hospitality areas
· General repairs: plumbing, carpentry, painting, basic building maintenance (welding advantageous)
· Preventative maintenance and routine inspections
· Prompt response to maintenance call-outs to ensure guest comfort and safety
Requirements:
· Previous general maintenance experience within hospitality (hotel, lodge, wine estate) highly advantageous
· Able to work independently and as part of a team
· Flexible with working hours, including weekends or standby
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Valid driver’s licence (advantageous)
· Stellenbosch-based candidates only
