The role involves:
Managing bespoke group and event enquiries from first contact to delivery Hosting curated site inspections and client show rounds Preparing tailored proposals, contracts and follow-ups Coordinating event details seamlessly across departments Ensuring flawless execution and premium guest experiencesThe ideal candidate will have:
A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management 2–3 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, wine estates or high-end events A refined, professional communication style Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness A passion for service, quality and the wine estate lifestyleA competitive, market-related salary is offered in line with experience.
