Description:Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a professional manner Assist customers with policy queries, product information, and cover explanations Process policy changes, cancellations, and updates on CRM systems Follow up on outstanding documents and client requests Capture accurate client details and maintain customer records Provide quotes (if licensed/qualified) and generate leads for sales teams Meet daily productivity and quality targets Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric Minimum 1â??2 years Call Centre or Customer Service experience (insurance experience an advantage) Excellent communication skills â?? verbal & written Computer literate with strong typing & CRM system skills Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes Patient, client-centred and professional phone etiquette Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 7h30 â?? 17h00 Every 2nd Saturday â?? 8h30 â?? 13h30 Training provided
