Minimum Requirements:
Motor industry and parts knowledge (specifically aftermarket parts)
Sales experience with strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to identify sales opportunities and tailor solutions in real-time
High level of computer literacy, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Ethical and professional conduct
Extensive knowledge related to vehicles and parts
Skills and Qualifications:
Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude
Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Resilient under pressure with effective conflict resolution abilities
