Duties & Responsibilities:
New business development within the courier market, with a strong focus on securing and closing new clients Growing and managing a profitable portfolio of customers through excellent relationship management Preparing accurate quotations and negotiating competitive rates with clients Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets Conducting professional client visits and presentations Working closely with operations to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction Maintaining accurate CRM records, sales pipelines and reportingRequirements:
Minimum 45 years proven sales experience in the courier industry Demonstrated success in new business development and target achievement Strong closing, negotiation and communication skills Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and perform under pressure Computer literate (MS Office and CRM systems) Professional, well-presented and customer-focused approach
