Key ResponsibilitiesLead electrical engineering design activities across multiple projects Translate functional requirements into practical engineering solutions Establish technical standards and design guidelines Manage engineering planning, timelines, and resource allocation Review and approve technical documentation and design outputs Provide technical direction to internal teams and external partners Monitor project progress from both technical and budget perspectives Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders and clients Ensure compliance with industry and safety standards
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Approximately 15+ years experience within electrical engineering environments Strong experience in medium- and high-voltage systems Background in energy, utilities, industrial plants, or infrastructure projects Demonstrated leadership within engineering or project environments Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
