RequirementsGrade 12 (Senior Certificate) Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, retail, or contact centre environment Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email) Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills Basic understanding of automotive mechanics or terminology advantageous Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment and support team operations
