Description:
Prepare for the arrival of the client and vehicle
Inform insurer, assessor and broker of communication to client
Assist admin office with job cards and any documents req
Take care of client at book-in stage
Regular Liaison with clients, Assessor & Broker
Liaise between client, panelbeaters, and stores departments
Handle queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
Maintain accurate service records and client data on Dr Smash
Client follow – up and reminders
Attend daily meetings
General ad-hoc duties which might be assigned from time to time
Coordinate collection date and time.
Ensure final documentation readiness with Operations, Finance and Sales teams.
