Salary: R7,500 per month + High Commission + Bonuses

We are expanding and seeking a driven Sales Representative to secure new contracts and grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and secure new security contracts (estates, complexes, retail centres, construction sites, events)
• Approach property managers, body corporates, businesses, and developers
• Generate leads and close deals
• Conduct site visits and client meetings
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Salary and Benefits
• Basic Salary: R7,500 per month
• Commission: 10% – 20% per contract secured
• Performance bonuses
• Unlimited earning potential
• Growth opportunity into Senior Sales or Sales Manager role
Realistic earnings: R15,000 – R40,000+ per month
Minimum Requirements
• Previous sales experience preferred (security industry advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target driven and self-motivated
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Own reliable vehicle (required)
• Valid driver’s licence (required)
