Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years proven experience in B2B external sales / field sales
- Strong track record in new business development, cold calling, and closing deals
- Solid understanding of the full sales cycle (prospecting to post-sale support)
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (advantageous)
- Valid drivers licence and reliable own vehicle (essential)
- Microsoft Office proficient
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling Manage and grow existing client accounts Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations Drive the full sales process from lead generation to closing Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline Analyse market trends and competitor activity Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses Liaise with head office and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade showsKey Competencies:
