A well-established provider of compliance-driven technical services is seeking a B2B Sales Representative to grow service-based revenue and manage key client relationships.Duties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned market segments
- Generate sales through proactive outreach, including cold calling and face-to-face client engagement
- Promote and sell service agreements (once-off and contract-based) as well as fire safety–related products and systems
- Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals in line with company guidelines
- Manage sales pipeline activity and provide accurate forecasting
- Maintain sound knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitor activity
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction
- Manage time, priorities, and deliverables effectively in a target-driven environment
- Travel as required to support sales and business development activities
Requirements
- Proven sales experience within a technical, service, or solutions-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Willingness to travel when required
- Resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
