Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions for staff, resellers, and customers in-person online. Design and develop customized training programs tailored to each partners business model, technical capability, and market needs, aligned with Global Certification standards. Create, maintain, and update training materials, resources, and assessments across all delivery platforms. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide pre-sales support, product demonstrations, and solution design input. Assist in preparing technical proposals, network diagrams, and proof of concept setups. Design and recommend end-to-end networking and surveillance solutions using products. Stay current with industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings. Provide feedback to product and sales teams to enhance training relevance and effectiveness. Produce training performance reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of training strategy.
