Key Responsibilities
- Secure new TES clients and grow market share
- Drive monthly GP and revenue targets
- Build and manage strategic client relationships
- Identify tender opportunities
- Maintain strong sales pipeline
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years Business Development experience within TES
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong understanding of South African labour legislation
- Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
