Minimum Requirements:Minimum 45 years experience as a Conveyancing Secretary Solid experience handling Property Transfers from inception to registration Able to work independently with minimal supervision Experience liaising with banks, clients, estate agents and the Deeds Office Proficient in conveyancing software (e.g. GhostPractice / Lexis Convey) Strong administrative and organisational skills Key Responsibilities:
