Minimum Requirements:Matric Immediate availability preferred Minimum 35 years experience as a Conveyancing Secretary Solid experience handling Property Transfers from inception to registration Able to work independently with minimal supervision Experience liaising with banks, clients, estate agents and the Deeds Office Proficient in conveyancing software (e.g. GhostPractice / Lexis Convey) Strong administrative and organisational skills Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and preparing transfer documentation Opening and managing files from instruction to registration Conducting FICA compliance Requesting rates clearance figures and levy statements Liaising with clients and stakeholders Coordinating lodgement and registration at the Deeds Office Ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met Consultant: Danielle Fortuin - Dante Personnel Johannesburg
