You don't need an HR qualification - if you have a diploma or degree in any field and at least 5 years of relevant experience, we want to hear from you!
What you'll be doing:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process from job briefing to placement
- Sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates to the right opportunities
- Providing professional advice to clients on hiring and market trends
- Delivering excellent service and consistently exceeding expectations
- Working hard, staying organized, and thriving in a target-driven environment
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a client-facing or recruitment/sales environment
- Proven ability to work hard, manage pressure, and deliver results
- A people-person who genuinely enjoys working with clients and candidates
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A diploma or degree (not necessarily in HR)
