Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to capture, refine, and translate business requirements into actionable SAP Hybris solutions.
Lead workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis for omnichannel initiatives.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution design aligns with retail business objectives.
Provide insight on best practices in e-commerce, supply chain, and customer experience.
Support testing, change management, and rollout activities across the 12-month program.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior BA in retail or e-commerce environments.
Strong expertise in SAP Hybris and omnichannel business processes.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to operate in fast-paced, transformation-driven environments.
Contract availability for 12 months.
