Minimum RequirementsMatric B.Com or B.Com Honours in Accounting or Finance Completed articles (SAICA / SAIPA or equivalent) Minimum 5+ years experience in a financial management role Preferably experience within the manufacturing sector Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP Hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally Financial Management & Reporting Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage group reporting requirements and ensure compliance with deadlines Internal Controls & Compliance Develop, implement, and monitor strong internal control systems Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies Manage and coordinate internal and external audits Oversee product costing and pricing strategies Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction Manage foreign exchange transactions and exposure Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements Oversee and process payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance Manage finance department operations and staff where applicable
