ADMINISTRATOR Verulam & Surrounding AreasWe’re looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Administrator to join our team. If you enjoy working and supporting a busy office environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Experience with Pastel Evolution is essential, and experience handling GRVs will be a strong advantage.
What You’ll Be Doing

Working on Pastel Evolution
-
Capturing transactions accurately
-
Processing invoices, credit notes, and GRVs
-
Matching supplier invoices to GRVs
-
Maintaining proper filing systems (manual & electronic)
-
Managing emails and general office correspondence
-
Preparing basic administrative reports
-
Assisting with stock records and supplier documentation
-
Supporting management with day-to-day admin tasks
-
Ensuring deadlines are met and records are kept up to dateWhat We’re Looking For

Proven experience on Pastel Evolution (essential)

Experience processing GRVs
-
Previous experience in an administrative role
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-
Good organisational and time-management skills
-
Friendly and professional communication skills
-
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

Residing in Verulam or surrounding areas
-
Own reliable transport (advantageous)
