Company and Job Description:As the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full financial function while managing and mentoring a finance team. Youll work closely with senior leadership to ensure financial integrity, operational efficiency, and strategic insight across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and development
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal controls
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost controls
- Partner with operational teams to support business objectives Job Experience and Skills Required:).
- Completed Honors Degree in Accounting (essential)
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
- Proven experience managing and leading a team
- A minimum of 5 to 6 years of working exposure
