A fabric/textile retail company based at The Interchange, Somerset West is looking for confident Sales Assistants with a friendly disposition to guide customers with their fabric projects, both DIY or CMT. You need to be comfortable and patient dealing with indecisive customers, guiding them to a satisfactory outcome. Confident giving your opinion in their choices, advice on patterns, sewing requirements & meters needed. Fitness to stand all day and carry heavy rolls of fabric when required. Matric is mandatory, as well as bilingualism in English & Afrikaans. N6 qualification in Clothing Construction, Pattern Making or experience in textiles, fashion or decorating would be an advantage.
