Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the shop to ensure that all tasks are completed within time and to the highest standard
  • Building and maintaining long term customer relationships by being approachable and friendly, and by providing accurate product information
  • Upholding the companys brand, values and ethics at all times
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects of all kinds
  • Providing administrative support and reporting directly to the Manager
  • Managing and reconciling transactions in Xero
  • Purchasing, testing and selling precious metals, bullion and diamonds
  • Managing Petty Cash
  • Maintaining daily stock sheets and end-of-day cash-ups
  • Doing adjustments of all purchased items when needed
  • Ensuring the store upholds brand expectations and standards, and is presentable, immaculate and customer ready at all times
  • Driving sales to increase profitability and customer bases, by initiating marketing ideas and brand promotions always striving to achieve monthly targets for the entire team
  • Ensuring stock inventory and Petty Cash on POS is correct, and that all sales and purchase documents are uploaded along with all the required supporting documents
  • Diligently verifying all clients as prescribed by the companys RMCP
  • Timeously attending to social media leads, as well as queries, and following up in a friendly and professional manner

    • This is a fast paced and high-pressure environment - detail orientation and multitasking is a requirement Requirements:
      • Willingness to work overtime
      • Must be able to work Saturdays from 09:00 13:00
      • Minimum Grade 12 with Mathematics
      • Retail sales background (luxury goods or jewellery preferred)
      • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
