Plan, monitor and schedule pest control Develop and implement planting programs Monitor quality of planting work within greenhouses Monitor and implement cultivar trials and production Purchase and management of pest control agents and fertilizers Management of technical personnel Implementation and handling of all farming-related audits, including Global GAP, Farming for the Future, DAFF and Siza Environmental Draft and training of standard procedures Draft and training of duty statements Application of disciplinary standards
