Knowledge of the use and maintenance of vehicles and implements. Afrikaans and English speaking Good interpersonal skills and cooperation with other staff. Planting, fertilizing, sprouting, and harvest-related actions. Daily Irrigation and monitoring of soil moisture Global Gap and Daff of Citrus, Vegetables, and herbs Management skills: Management of personnel and processes. Good communication skills with management, team leaders, and other staff. Computer literate Possess good time management skills. Thorough control over equipment and application of regulations. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Daily administrative tasks.
