Minimum requirements:Admitted Attorney, with a LLB from a reputable university Fellow of the SA Institute of IP Law At least 3 years' experience Running with matters without undue oversight, but always with the support of other members of the department Generally attending to all aspects of IP Law Drafting letters of demand Filing and management of SA trade mark oppositions Handle foreign dispute matters with correspondent matters Attending to advisory work in relation to trade marks, copyright, domain names, company name objections Drafting and reviewing of IP related matters
