Position 1: Newly Admitted AttorneyPosition 2: Attorney with 3+ Years Post-Admission
Key Responsibilities:
General Litigation, including Personal Injury and assessment of claims. Labour Law matters, including handling CCMA cases, Bargaining Councils, and the Labour Court. Presiding over and prosecuting disciplinary hearings, drafting submissions, rulings, and sanctions.Own transport and valid driver's license essential.
Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications, skills, and experience, with a cell phone and medical aid allowance included.
