Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall efficient running of the Restaurant (operations, financial, hygiene, and safety) To implement systems and plans as per the Restaurants policies and procedures Effective communication and management of all staff Support and coach restaurant staff as required Monitor progress against plans and take corrective action where necessary Ordering, control, and receiving of stock Effective scheduling of restaurant staff Managing controllable expenses Submitting of relevant reports Cash handling and banking Ensure customer satisfaction and handling of customer complaints
Requirements
Grade 12 South African Citizens only MUST have a minimum of 2 years of Fast Food Restaurant Assistant Manager experience and preferably:- KFC, Hungry Lion, Chicken Licken, or similar Fast Food store experience Micros/GAAP POS Minimum 2 years of experience Computer literate - MS Office Minimum 2 years POS experience (Micros/GAAP or similar POS)
