Key Responsibilities:
Manage building operations, maintenance programs, and service contracts Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance and quality standards Prepare and monitor budgets, expenses, and operational reports Supervise onsite staff and coordinate contractors for maintenance and projects Liaise with tenants to address complaints and operational issues
Requirements:
710 years experience in property services, facilities management, or operations Diploma or degree in Facilities, Operations, or Property Management (technical qualifications advantageous) Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills Ability to travel regionally as required
