Highly seasonal, intensely guest-focused, and operationally dynamic — this venue will demand exceptional leadership on the floor and a Restaurant Manager who thrives in world-class hospitality environments.

The Role
Support the F&B Operations Manager in running daily restaurant operations• Lead service on the floor during high-volume and peak seasonal periods
• Deliver refined, personalised, and memorable guest experiences
• Supervise, coach, and develop front-of-house teams
• Ensure seamless service flow between kitchen and service teams
• Assist with stock control, labour management, and operational efficiency
• Uphold luxury service standards aligned to the estate’s brand and guest experience
• Step into senior leadership responsibilities when required
Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury, fast-paced hospitality environment• Applications not meeting this requirement unfortunately will not be considered

Hands-on, polished, and guest-experience obsessed• Calm, organised, and thrive during busy service periods
• A strong people leader who builds high-performing teams
• Commercially aware with strong operational discipline
• Passionate about fine dining, wine, and destination hospitality
• Experience within luxury or award-winning dining environments is highly advantageous
